There’s a library in your community where you can borrow toys, educational materials, videos and books for parents and caregivers for FREE? Our Early Childhood Services Center Toy Lending & Resource Libraries are strategically located in communities all throughout New Mexico. All you need is an ID to borrow!

In addition to the Libraries, we collaborate with regional agencies and organizations, such as DA and CPS offices, to set up “Paloma’s Play Corners” as family-friendly, welcoming, safe places for children as their parents or caregivers are occupied with filling out applications or testifying as witnesses. We currently have Play Corners in the following communities: Albuquerque, Española, Farmington, Gallup, Grants, Hobbs, Las Cruces, and Roswell.
